I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to repeal various Statutes relating to Civil Procedure

or Matters connected therewithe

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.

The object of this Ordinance is to repeal the Enactments superseded bef the Code of Civil Procedure and, in part; also by the Trustee Ordinance, 1901.
